These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RAZA Marketing website and the marketing services provided by RAZA Marketing (“RAZA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing services, or signing a service order that incorporates these Terms, you agree to them.
1. Our services
RAZA provides marketing services for home service businesses, which may include website design and maintenance, hosting, local search engine optimization, Google Business Profile support, AI search optimization, review-generation strategy, reporting, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timing, and fees for a client are determined during onboarding and in any applicable order or service agreement.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, revenue amount, advertising result, AI citation, or time-to-result.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you identify during signup. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of business details, claims, service areas, offers, and other content supplied for publication.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access, approvals, content, brand assets, business information, and other materials needed to perform the services.
- Confirm that materials you provide are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe another party’s rights.
- Maintain access to accounts you own, including domains, Google Business Profiles, advertising accounts, and social accounts.
- Review and promptly report errors in published content or campaigns.
Delays in receiving information, approvals, or access may affect launch dates and results.
4. Fees and payment
The standard RAZA plan is $300 per month, with the applicable one-time setup fee displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. The monthly service fee is billed in advance through Stripe and automatically renews each billing period until canceled.
You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. RAZA does not store full card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Advertising spend, domain registration, premium software, third-party platform fees, and other pass-through costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and suspension
Services are month-to-month unless a written service order states otherwise. You may cancel future monthly service by contacting us at least 30 days before the next billing date. Cancellation does not erase fees already incurred or authorize a refund for a billing period that has started.
We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful activity, lack of required cooperation, or material breach of these Terms. We may also pause work when a third-party account or platform is unavailable.
6. Website, content, and intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant RAZA a limited license to use those materials as needed to provide the services. Subject to payment of all amounts due, the client receives the agreed rights to final client-specific website deliverables. RAZA retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, know-how, reusable components, and internal systems.
RAZA may use anonymized or publicly visible work examples for its portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for testimonials, photographs, trademarks, and other materials you ask us to publish.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services to violate law, deceive customers, impersonate another person or business, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, send unlawful spam, manipulate reviews, or interfere with the security or operation of our systems or third-party platforms.
8. Third-party platforms
Our work may involve Google, Stripe, LeadConnector, social networks, advertising platforms, hosting providers, and other third parties. Those platforms have their own terms, policies, review processes, outages, and account decisions. RAZA is not responsible for a third party’s changes, suspension, rejection, downtime, or policy enforcement.
9. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAZA disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written service agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice provided through our website is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAZA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. RAZA’s aggregate liability arising from the services will not exceed the fees you paid to RAZA for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify RAZA from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from materials or instructions you provide, your unlawful use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting active clients, we may also provide notice by email or through the normal client communication channel. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and contact
